Dr. Che Haiping
Senior Vice President, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.

Dr. Che Haiping, born in 1970, Senior Vice President of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., was graduated from Nankai University majoring in Automatic Control with a doctor degree in 1997, and joined in Huawei on July the same year, then participated in development of commercial products of GSM NSS, SMSC, WIN,WCDMA.  From working in Huawei, he has ever been the Head of Dept. of Wireless Core Network, Vice President of Wireless Product Line, and been awarded the first grade of China National Technology Advancement Prize. 

In recent years, he often addressed on different international conferences or forums including 2007 3GSM World Congress, TM Forum Management World 2009 as a high-level representative of Huawei.
